10 Minutes of 8 second sprints, with 12 second recoveries

3 x 400 meter runs


Then

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Bench Press @ 185
Squat
Ball Slam
Step Up
Floor Wiper

10 Minute Climb
