Workout

50 chinups
50 pushups
100 squats
50 pushpress
100 snatches
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Burpees

(ps, if you cant feel your shoulders ever, try doing 50 snatches per arm at 30#) :)

Then @ 135 pounds

10 Bent Rows + 5 Clean and press x 10 rounds
