50 pushups
100 squats
50 pushpress
100 snatches
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Burpees
(ps, if you cant feel your shoulders ever, try doing 50 snatches per arm at 30#) :)
Then @ 135 pounds
10 Bent Rows + 5 Clean and press x 10 rounds
